Research Statement
Lambert integrates behavioral science and data analytics to examine strategic human capital. He investigates how workplace wellness programs mitigate burnout and reduce errors, as well as how artificial intelligence interventions influence employee well-being and productivity. He also explores how corporate sustainability practices shape social evaluation and firm performance. Lambert received a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science and Computational Social Science from Stanford, with joint training at UCSF Medicine. He holds an MPhil from Cambridge and a BA from Berkeley.
