Khatidja Vaiya is an MSx graduate of Stanford GSB and a senior lawyer specializing in digital transformation, fintech, and regulatory strategy across global markets. Her career centers on helping rapidly scaling technology companies balance commercial objectives with emerging regulatory frameworks while navigating frontier environments where law, social transformation, and technological innovation intersect. As a CES case writer, she collaborates with founders and executives to develop cases on technology-driven business models and strategic growth.

Khatidja earned a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia.
