As a Research Coordinator at the Behavioral Lab, Kimberly supports faculty and doctoral student research in areas, such as organizational behavior and marketing. Kimberly earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. During her undergraduate studies, she collaborated with David E. Caughlin on a series of studies exploring the impact of awe on workplace and organizational behavior. Her research interests center around understanding well-being, particularly how individuals derive meaning and fulfillment from their work, the impact of connectedness and social relationships, and the interplay between experiences inside and outside the workplace.
