Lin Zang
Lin Zang is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, working with Professor Yue Hu. Lin’s research examines how different types of information influence strategic customer behavior in queueing systems and how these behavioral responses, in turn, affect system performance. By integrating methods from queueing theory, game theory, and mechanism design, she aims to generate actionable insights for businesses and policymakers on optimal information design. Lin earned her PhD in Operations Management from the University of Rochester, her BS from Shandong University in China, and her MPhil from Lingnan University in Hong Kong.
