Xiaomeng Li is a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she works with Professor Annamaria Lusardi in the Initiative for Financial Decision-Making. Her research lies at the intersection of labor economics, the economics of education, and gender economics. She uses both quasi-experimental and experimental methods to study questions related to human capital, educational choices, and labor market outcomes. Xiaomeng received her PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2026.
