Youngjoo Jung is a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He works with Professor Annamaria Lusardi in the Initiative for Financial Decision-Making. His research lies at the intersection of household finance and development finance. Specifically, he is interested in how financial access, including credit availability, interest rates, and loan sizing, and financial literacy influence entrepreneurship, small enterprise development, and household financial decision-making. Youngjoo received his PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his BA in Economics from Seoul National University in South Korea.
