Bio
Delaney Steele is the executive vice president at Ross Stores and has responsibilities for strategy, marketing, and global sourcing. Prior to Ross, she was a partner and managing director at The Boston Consulting Group in the consumer/retail practice. Steele is also board cochair of Women for Women International, a non-profit working in conflict zones. She has degrees from Stanford GSB and Duke University.
