Bio

Dikla is a Lecturer in Management. Her work focuses on developing the interpersonal and leadership capacities essential for effective leadership and organizational success. With expertise spanning relational intelligence, leadership education, and executive coaching, she brings over two decades of experience to her roles as educator, coach, and consultant.

Dikla teaches OB374 Interpersonal Dynamics (“Touchy Feely”). Through the T-Group methodology, she creates experiential learning environments that foster emotional intelligence, resilience, and relational effectiveness. Her approach enables MBA and MSx students to engage in real-time group interactions that deepen self-awareness and strengthen their capacity to lead with authenticity and empathy.

She also teaches OB209 Leadership Labs, a required course for all first-quarter MBA students. This intensive program blends strategic role-plays with developmental assessments to help students navigate three core dimensions of leadership: task execution (the “what”), process management (the “how”), and relationship dynamics (the “who”). Through this work, she equips emerging leaders with the skills and insight to act decisively, lead inclusively, and engage others effectively.

Dikla is also serving as a leadership development instructor across multiple communities at Stanford, including Fellows in the John S. Knight Journalism Fellowship (JSK), MA students in the International Policy Program, and workshops for Women Leaders through the Stanford Continuing Studies program.

Beyond Stanford, she advises senior executives and leadership teams across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth Silicon Valley startups. Her executive coaching and organizational consulting practice focuses on enhancing interpersonal agility, shifting limiting mindsets, and advancing leadership presence. Her areas of specialization include leadership development, team performance, cross-cultural communication, and organizational visioning. Each engagement is tailored to meet the specific relational and strategic challenges of the client.

Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful human connection is central to effective leadership. Through her teaching and coaching, she empowers individuals to become more influential leaders and change agents who can build high-performing teams and organizations. In recent years, she has increasingly focused on developing coaches who are able to facilitate breakthrough learning by attending to emotional presence, group dynamics, and the quality of interpersonal relationships.

She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute. She also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
