Bio
Mitesh Dhruv has more than 20 years of experience bringing together various facets of finance. Dhruv has led the finance organization at a global software company, served in public accounting as well as worked as a Wall Street analyst.
Dhruv is the former Chief Financial Officer of RingCentral, which he joined in 2012, and was responsible for all global finance functions including financial planning, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. He currently serves on the board of directors of ZoomInfo as the chair of its audit committee. Mr. Dhruv is ranked in the ‘All-America Best Software CFO’ category by Institutional Investor three years in a row (2018–2021).
Before joining RingCentral, he worked at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch as an equity analyst, following software and cloud companies, and worked on several multi-billion-dollar IPOs.
Dhruv began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a CPA, a Chartered Accountant, as well as a CFA charterholder. He has an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Mumbai, India.
