Lecturer Holmes is a practitioner-scholar of Organization Development. His approach is rooted in evidence-informed practice at the intersection of organization development, leadership behavior, and interpersonal dynamics. He draws from research-based frameworks to help leaders cultivate greater self-awareness, build relational capacity, and navigate system-level change.
