About the Sustainability Research Conference Series

The Stanford Initiative on Business and Environmental Sustainability Research Conference Series is hosted by Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability.

As society grapples with the dual challenges of development and operating within planetary boundaries, innovations in operational and supply chain practices have huge potential to create and sell cleaner products and services that improve the livelihoods of customers, workers, and suppliers while sustaining the world’s resources and the natural environment.
