Returning to Work After a Career Pause Virtual Program, Winter 2025

Are you exploring a return to work after a career pause of a year or more (for caregiving, health reasons or other intentional reasons) but not sure where to start? Are you looking for a collaborative experience where you can self-reflect, brainstorm with other GSB alumni and begin to plan your next career move in a cohort? This four-week virtual program group coaching experience provides the space for alumni to gain access to connection, support and reflection exercises to begin exploring their unique return–to-work pathways. In addition to inquiry exercises, the group will learn about GSB resources available and develop a plan for next steps to begin their career search.
