Felicia Williams Cosey
Lecturer in Management
Bio
Felicia Williams Cosey, lecturer in management, is an organizational process consultant who works with companies in the private, public, academic, and non-profit sectors. Her work emphasizes organizational transformation that integrates business imperatives with human competencies. Williams Cosey specializes in change management including: team-building, crisis-management, multi-cultural diversity training, and meeting and retreat facilitation. Her current passion includes training and consulting in the areas of anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Williams Cosey received her PhD in organizational psychology from Michigan State University. Williams Cosey is a lecturer in the Experiential Learning group.
