Bio
Jess Kessin is a seasoned design leader and educator committed to using design as a force for positive change. Throughout her work, inclusivity has served as a central pillar, including the founding of a toy company for children of all abilities. Her leadership roles at Capital One and Invitae have pioneered the integration of design thinking and strategy into finance and healthcare, respectively. Currently, she is Head of Design for Trust & Security at JPMorgan Chase. With a passion for sharing knowledge, Jess has coached executives at Stanford’s d.school and taught design at Stanford and San Jose State University.
