Drawing on research from the Stanford Center on Longevity and MIT AgeLab, longitudinal studies of what actually predicts thriving five and ten years into retirement, and fresh survey data from accomplished later-career professionals, this conversation will reframe the 50+ decades as a design challenge rather than a wind-down. Participants will complete a questionnaire beforehand and are encouraged to bring questions and share their own inflection points during the discussion.
