Resources available to GSB Alumni

Alumni Resources: Explore the various ways the GSB supports and connects with our Alumni base across the globe.

Alumni Career Coaching: GSB Alumni get a lifetime of free career coaching after graduation through Alumni Career Services. Alumni receive up to four 45-minute sessions every calendar year, usually conducted over the phone or Zoom.

CareerHub Job Board: Continue leveraging CareerHub resources as an alumnus throughout your post-GSB career.

Library databases: You gain access to a package of premium databases that include market reports, industry and company profiles, news, and eBooks. Ask Us for questions about finding information or doing research.

Business Library: Alumni have borrowing privileges and on-site access to materials and may also use the public spaces during regular library hours.

Munzer Business Center (in Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center): Open 8 am-5 pm on weekdays. Alums may reserve a conference room for up to two hours per day.

Post-Graduation Access: Resources That Expire

MyGSB: You maintain access to MyGSB up to 120 days after graduation, when your student credentials expire.

MBAExchange Job Board: You maintain access up to 6 months after graduation before transitioning to a paid model.

Student Email Access: Your student email account expires 120 days after graduation. However, you can set up your lifetime @alumni.stanford.edu address after completing 3 quarters at the GSB. Any emails sent to your old student address will automatically forward to your alumni inbox for 2 years. Your @alumni.stanford.edu account never expires.

Canvas Access: You will lose access to Canvas when you lose access to your student email.

Student Resources: Due to licensing restrictions, many student resources (e.g., PitchBook, CapIQ) will become unavailable the day after graduation or shortly after that.
