In this interactive session with Alumni Career Services, Neha Ruch will explore how taking a pause from paid work for caregiving or family life can feel like stepping off a well-trodden path—leaving many to ask, Who am I now if I'm not working? How do I feel like I'm moving forward? And when the time feels right, will I still have opportunities? This conversation will reframe career pauses as opportunities for growth, help you navigate the shifts in identity that accompany them, and provide practical tools for designing your next chapter with intention. Participants are encouraged to ask questions at the end of the discussion.
