For over a decade, Virginia Roberson served as Stanford GSB’s first International Career Advisor. She advised countless MBA students, alumni, and Sloan Fellows on domestic and international job searches across all functions, industries, and geographies.

As a seasoned communication and career coach, she helps clarify career goals and priorities, tailor résumés/CVs and LinkedIn profiles, articulate compelling career narratives for networking and job interviews, expand professional connections, evaluate job offers, and conduct successful negotiations.
