This panel is geared towards entrepreneurs who are thinking about the pros and cons of venture capital and who want to generate ideas about alternative means of financing. Made up mostly of people with an investment background, the panel also covers how to go about accessing venture capital and how to structure creative angel financing. Here are some of the more creative tactics you will learn about: borrowing against your capital equipment, getting your customer to fund your inventory, and, if all else fails, going to Vegas Thursday night to meet Friday morning's payroll.
