From San Francisco Airport

Allow 60 minutes travel time. Drive south on Highway 101 (Bayshore Freeway). Take the Embarcadero Road West exit. Continue on Embarcadero Road for approximately two miles. When you cross El Camino Real, you enter the University campus; Embarcadero Road becomes Galvez Street. Stay in the left lane and continue to the center of campus. There is a pay parking lot on the right side of Galvez Street, just past Memorial Way. Stanford Business School is at the end of Memorial Way.

From San Jose Airport

Allow 45 minutes travel time. Drive north on Highway 101 (Bayshore Freeway) and exit at Embarcadero Road West. Follow the directions shown above.

From Highway 280 North and South

Exit Sand Hill Road east toward Stanford. Turn right at the traffic light on Santa Cruz Avenue. Make an immediate left at the next stoplight onto Junipero Serra Boulevard. Turn left at the stoplight at Campus Drive West. Continue around campus on Campus Drive West. When you cross Palm Drive, Campus Drive West becomes Campus Drive East. Turn right at the stop sign at Galvez Street.

Look for the first parking lot on the right, adjacent to the side of Memorial Hall. This is a public lot with parking machines. The University's Visitor Center is in front of Memorial Hall. The Business School campus is just beyond Memorial Hall toward the University's main oval

Stanford Business School Parking Information

NOTE: Parking is monitored Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Visitor parking closest to Stanford Business School is in the coin-metered lot on Galvez Street, just past Memorial Way. Stanford Business School is at the end of Memorial Way. Parking permit machines that accept credit cards, cash, or coins, with a maximum time limit of 8 hours, are in the lot behind Memorial Auditorium. Or, visitors may purchase one-day visitor permits at the locations listed below:

  • Parking & Transportation Services office at 340 Bonair Siding. Open weekdays 7:30-5:00.
  • Stanford Bookstore customer service counter. Open weekdays 7:45-9:00; Saturdays 9:00-6:00, Sundays 11:00-5:00.
  • Memorial Auditorium Visitor Center window (across from Hoover Tower. Open 9:00-5:00 seven days a week)
