This panel covers a broad array of topics related to founding teams: What to look for in a co-founder, what to discuss before entering a partnership or co-founder relationship with someone, the typical issues a founding team will face, how to deal with differences, what happens when trust is broken, how to set a culture of integrity, and how to bring in new employees, VPs, and build out a start-up's management team. You'll also learn why it pays to take GSB class "touchy feely", why it doesn't pay to have family as a co-founder or early stage investor and why marriage and entrepreneurship may or may not mix. Other curious questions herein answered are how to manage "track shifting" and why to introduce rituals such as "hats and heads".
