Three alumni discussed their process of searching for and buying a company without using a search fund model. A MBA '02, Dan Buckstaff, MBA '93, and Michael Sanabria, MBA '93, addressed topics ranging from partnering closely with a private equity company to partnering closely with an attorney to do a geographically driven search in Phoenix.
