Center for Leadership Development and Research

Alumni engagement

Our mission is to contribute in significant and important ways to the advancement of leadership knowledge and the development of leadership talent.

We consider organizational leadership a noble pursuit. The Center for Leadership Development and Research (CLDR) contributes to that pursuit by bringing together leadership scholars, students and practitioners to share their respective experience and develop insight.

What we do

Teaching, Research and Outreach

The Center exists to provide a platform for business school faculty, students, alumni and practitioners to study and learn about the central challenges faced by those leading organizations today. Our goal is to produce a deeper understanding of leadership–one that is both intellectually engaging and personally meaningful to the various constituencies we serve.
