Diversity Programs

The Stanford Graduate School of Business believes a diverse class is one of our strongest assets and one of our greatest teaching tools. Our diversity clubs and events are a vital component of the MBA experience and facilitate networking, mentoring relationships, and foster a strong community among our students and the broader GSB community.

Individual Diversity Event Sponsor - $5,000

As a sponsor of one of the school's traditional diversity events, your organization will benefit from:

  • Recognition on one of the individual diversity event websites, program, marketing materials, and verbally at the event
  • Invitation to send up to three representatives from your organization to attend the event and interact with the student, alumni and faculty participants

The Hispanic Business Student Association (HBSA) 16th Annual Latino Leadership Banquet
The Latino Leadership Banquet celebrates academic achievement, historical perspective, and the ongoing presence of the Latino community at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Black Business Students Association (BBSA) Banquet "Gathering 30"
The BBSA "gathering" provides the opportunity to bring together African and African-American students, alumni, and professionals in the greater Bay Area.

Women in Management (WIM) Banquet
The women of the GSB are independent critical thinkers, who are destined to be the future leaders of companies, big and small, around the world. The WIM Banquet celebrates the ability of extraordinary GSB women to lead in a complex, pluralistic world.

Diversity Student Activity Fund Supporter - $10,000

As a Diversity Student Activity Fund sponsor, your organization will receive recognition at all three traditional diversity events highlighted above, and will be invited to send up to four guests to each event. In addition, your company will have increased recognition through:

  • Visibility at the annual diversity student club retreats held in the fall quarter. The retreats provide an important opportunity for our diversity groups to connect with new members entering the GSB and a allow for focused discussion on the group's goals for the coming year. Four of our diversity clubs hold retreats each year including: BBSA, GSB Pride, HBSA, and WIM

Stanford GSB Diversity Partner - $25,000

Participation as a Diversity Partner demonstrates your organization's support at the highest level. You will be recognized at the exclusive partner level at all three diversity events held in 2011, at the annual diversity student club retreats, and you will also receive recognition at:

  • Admissions events focused on developing the pipeline of high-potential MBA students considering an education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business:
