The GSB advances leadership education through experiential learning and important research.

With your investment, the School will continue to provide resources for students and alumni to support their personal growth as leaders. Together we create a forum where members of the GSB community shape the future.

 

  • View from the Top: The Dean's speaker series, View from the Top, brings to campus well-respected leaders of business and social sector communities to share their views of leadership with student audiences.
  • Young Leader Initiative: The GSB recently engaged 55 young alumni (3–10 years out of the GSB) in extensive interviews to discuss the leadership and career challenges they have faced. The resulting body of knowledge is being used in an elective course on early and mid-career management challenges and will be available for alumni for their ongoing professional development.
  • Executive Challenge: Senior-level GSB alumni and executives come to campus from around the world to participate in a series of experiential leadership challenges for first-year students, simulating some of the difficult issues that leaders face.
  • Personal Side of Leadership Dinner Series: This small-group dinner series provides students with valuable opportunities to learn how successful business leaders of the GSB community have made important leadership decisions in their lives. Students explore these issues in intimate small-group settings over dinner to ensure rich, relevant dialogue with each leader.
