Admissions Timetable
The application deadline for Autumn 2010 is December 1, 2009.
Applicants are urged to sign up early for standardized tests and to arrange for timely submission of transcripts so that all documents will be received on or before this deadline. Late applications or applications with late supporting documentation may not be reviewed.
The admissions season begins with the distribution of application materials in the late summer and concludes with the notification of admissions decisions in mid-March. Applications are accepted as early as September, but early submission does not provide a competitive advantage. We guarantee the review of only those applications that are complete as of the application deadline.
Admitted students are expected to enroll in the Program in September of the year they are admitted, and as a matter of policy we do not allow applicants to defer admission to a later year. Instead, we ask them to reapply as noted in instructions for re-applicants. Only under rare and extraordinary circumstances (e.g. compulsory military service) will we consider exceptions to this policy.
