Prior to starting Chan Executive Coach, Margaret spent 25 years in executive search, including 18 years with Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry, the global search firms. She worked in multiple industries and functions, including CEO succession and board director recruitment.
She earned her coaching certification from Columbia University and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. She is also a recommended coach on the alumni websites of top-tier business schools, including Wharton, Columbia, Cornell, and the University of Chicago.
