Ricki Frankel

An expert in transitions and a transformation catalyst, Ricki Frankel has spent the last 20 years coaching people to create meaningful and engaged work and lives.

She is a coach in private practice and a lecturer at Stanford GSB. In her coaching practice, Ricki’s clients are often navigating through transitions.

Typical clients are leaders and entrepreneurs who have achieved a level of success, and are now seeking “more”: more meaning and purpose, more impact, more business, more ease in the transition to a new position, even more fun! She is passionate about helping others make “work work” for themselves and the people who work for them.

Her coaching style combines well-honed professional coaching skills with sharp insight, organizational experience, intuition, compassion and laughter. At the GSB, Ricki teaches leadership and coaching to MBA and MSx students in courses including the Arbuckle Leadership Fellows program, Leadership Labs, and Interpersonal Dynamics.
