On-Campus Events
While we encourage you to visit the Stanford GSB and get to know our program better, a campus visit is neither required nor expected.

On-Campus Information Sessions
During the 60-minute program, an MBA Admissions Office representative provides a detailed overview of the MBA Program's distinctive features and our admission process.
At the presentation, you can ask questions of the MBA Admissions Office representative.
During the academic year, students may also be in attendance at these presentations to share their experiences and answer your questions.
- Generally offered Mondays and Fridays from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM during the academic year (except on holidays and during staff & departmental meetings). During the summer, generally offered on Fridays. Please check our registration system for event availability.
- Registration is required.
Class Visit Program
Due to space constraints, we ask that you participate in the Class Visit Program only if you are seriously considering applying to the Stanford MBA Program.
If you are primarily interested in general information about the Stanford MBA Program, we first recommend our On-Campus Information Sessions.
Please note that class visit spaces fill quickly and well in advance, especially in October and November.
- An Admission Coordinator will meet you in the MBA Admissions Office 10 minutes before the start of the class, escort you to the classroom and answer any questions that you may have about the GSB academic experience.
- When reserving your class visit, we recommend that you make reservations a few weeks in advance.
- Due to classroom space constraints, we cannot accommodate individual requests for specific classes.
- Due to high demand, we can offer you only one class visit per quarter.
- Each class is scheduled to run for one hour and forty-five minutes in duration.
- You are required to stay for the full duration of the class.
- We ask that you refrain from participating in class and attend only as a silent observer.

Stanford University Campus Tours
Campus tours are led by Stanford undergraduate students familiar with the University's history and student life. These tours are intended for visitors from all of the University's academic departments.
- The Stanford University Office of Visitor Information Services offers general campus tours twice daily at 11:00 AM and 3:15 PM, seven days a week, leaving from Memorial Auditorium.
- Registration is not required.
