Skylo: Course Correcting Mid Launch
2026
| Case No.

| Length
19 pgs.
The case follows Parthsarathi Trivedi, cofounder and chief executive of Skylo, as his company navigates a series of strategic inflection points, including a pivot from its original hardware-centric model to embedding satellite connectivity natively into mass-market chipsets and, by extension, a wide range of devices. Pursuing this new direction required a fundamental capital reset. Trivedi navigated a complex financing round, securing a new lead investor and the capital necessary to activate Skylo’s revised strategy. While this structural reset required difficult conversations, it laid the foundation for transforming Skylo into a global service provider.
