Virtual interviewing enhances flexibility for both students and recruiters. It also saves time and expense.
Any interviews can be virtual, whether CMC-managed or recruiter-managed. Stanford GSB students regularly use Zoom, but there are many platforms to facilitate virtual interviewing.
Employers may schedule virtual interviews directly with candidates or through their recruiting relationship manager as a CMC-managed interview. Either way, we recommend that you provide the CMC with your interview schedule of candidates, the Zoom links for interviews, and a phone number for students or the CMC to call in case of difficulties.
