The CMC’s employer engagement team offers you expert guidance and logistical support at no cost.
The CMC-managed interviews can be conducted as On-Campus Interviews (OCI) in dedicated interview rooms or as virtual interviews. Interviews are scheduled on a particular date, students apply, employers choose students to interview, and the CMC creates the interview schedule. Recruiting relationship managers handle all aspects of the interviewing process, including scheduling, room reservations, student communications, and interview day logistics. Employers are provided with the appropriate number of interview rooms, a coordinator room if requested, and breakfast and lunch free of charge.
Registration
If you are new to Stanford GSB recruiting, welcome! To get started:
- Review the Stanford GSB recruiter policies.
- Sign up for an Account in CareerHub (GSB’s jobs and event platform, powered by 12Twenty) using your company name and email address.
- Register for CMC-managed interviews and company presentations in CareerHub.
- Upload your job description by the deadline noted in CareerHub.
Companies that previously participated in CMC-managed interviewing are sent reminders to register for the next academic year in May. After receiving this reminder, log into CareerHub and choose Register for OCI. We do our best to accommodate your top choices for interview dates.

Interview Timing
Autumn interviews for full-time, post-Stanford GSB jobs begin in October. Employers select all interview candidates and alternates. We can also support additional interview dates throughout the year on your schedule.
Winter interviews for summer internships begin in January.
After January, our recruiting relationship manager can assist you in managing the process on your schedule, or employers can manage the process themselves.
