Climate Impact Summit

In partnership with the Laudato Si Challenge, the purpose of this conference was to create meaningful change in the real world — sustained, broad climate impact that would not have happened otherwise.

About the Sustainability Research Conference Series

The Stanford Initiative on Business and Environmental Sustainability Research Conference Series is hosted by Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability.

Convened at Stanford Graduate School of Business, the forum applied the findings of academic research to solve specific, human problems resulting from climate changes. This summit was inspired by Pope Francis’ message to build bridges between “unlikely allies” from the private, public, religious, and academic sectors to advance the climate conversation and therefore to act in a spirit of solidarity to “care for our common home.”

Agenda

The Summit was held at Stanford Graduate School of Business on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
