Corporate Financial Modeling

Put theory into practice by developing financial models to analyze major corporate transactions including venture capital funding, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraging buyouts.

Leading with Values

With leadership comes responsibility. This course examines the ethical challenges managers face and offers tools from psychology, economics, and philosophy to guide decision-making. Through case studies, discussions, and reflection, you’ll explore ethical dilemmas, sharpen your reasoning, and learn to navigate the complexities of ethical leadership.

Organizational Behavior

Building on the discipline of social psychology, this course helps you develop mindsets and skills to understand how organizations and their members influence one another. You’ll learn frameworks for diagnosing and addressing organizational challenges through concepts like motivation, decision making, communication, group dynamics, and conflict resolution.

Operations and Strategies

Operations are the processes through which businesses produce and deliver goods or services. Effective management ensures these processes are timely, cost-efficient, and goal-oriented. This course explores key operational challenges in manufacturing and services, introducing the concepts, models, and strategies managers use to address them.
