Alumni participate in a number of advisory boards at Stanford GSB.
Board appointments are by invitation. This ensures diversity by class, geography, and industry experience to meet the needs of each board.
Advisory Council
Provides an external perspective while offering input on the strategic direction and overall objectives of Stanford GSB and acts as a consultant by providing the Dean with advice on a multitude of issues.
Stanford GSB Management Board
Provides external perspective and advice to Stanford GSB’s senior management on the key operational issues of the school.
Stanford GSB Alumni Association Board
Advises the Director of Alumni Relations on the engagement of all Stanford GSB alumni.
Stanford GSB Trust
Manages about 20% of Stanford GSB endowment in an alumni-led, independent investment fund.
Business School Fund Council
Advises the Business School Fund staff on messages and strategies to achieve overall goals for annual and reunion giving.
Stanford GSB MSx/Sloan Alumni Advisory Board
Serves on the advisory board to the director of the MSx Program.
Women’s Circles Global Management Board
Guides the management of the Women’s Circles Program.
Stanford Women on Boards Advisory Board
Manages the Stanford Women on Boards Initiative.
Alumni Consulting Team Management Board
Guides ACT as it fulfills its mission of helping Stanford GSB alumni to contribute their skills, energy, and enthusiasm productively on behalf of worthy causes in the nonprofit sector.
