Audiovisual Specifications
All audiovisual equipment must be rented and options vary depending upon your event type. You must also arrange for a media technician to manage the AV equipment.
Catering
Schwab Dining is the exclusive caterer for the Vidalakis Dining Hall. Monday-Friday minimum food and beverage is $1,500 for each meal service per section of the total dining room. For weekends, academic breaks, and holidays, the food and beverage minimum is $2,500 per meal per section. In addition to your room usage fee.
