Stanford Graduate School of Business seeks to hire tenure-track faculty in organizational behavior beginning September 1, 2027.
Applicants should possess a strong research background and an interest in the study of organizations and organizational behavior broadly defined, and the ability to teach effectively in both MBA and PhD programs. The search is for an assistant professor with a micro-OB/psychology orientation and is open to all ranks for candidates with a macro-OB/sociology orientation. Applicants should have or expect to complete a PhD by September 1, 2027.

Applicants are encouraged to submit a research statement.
