Stanford GSB will host an in-person gathering each September for alumni celebrating their 25th Reunion.

For this very special reunion only, you have the option of reserving a room across the street from the GSB at the Schwab Residential Center graduate residences for $225/night. There are a limited number of rooms, so it is limited to one room per alum. Each room includes: one extra-long full-size bed; private entrance and bath; high-speed internet access; a 32” flat-screen television with remote; a hairdryer, alarm clock, iron, ironing board, and complimentary toiletries. No cots or roll-away beds are available. The front desk is staffed 24 hours like a regular hotel, so they can help you check in no matter what time your flight lands.

Complimentary parking will be available in the Knight Management Center parking garage. More details will be provided closer to the event
Yes, children are welcome to attend but no activities or childcare services will be offered through the GSB.
We have carefully considered public health trends in the Bay Area and in California and are moving forward based on an analysis that there is little likelihood that we will have to change our plans. However, we remain subject to the State of California’s public health orders and may be required to adjust if the health orders change, or local cases increase dramatically.
No. Currently, Stanford University does not require proof of vaccination or testing, and masks are not required but strongly recommended indoors or in crowded outdoor settings.
We will have hand sanitizer and masks available, but also encourage you to bring your own. We have made an effort to choose venues with outdoor options for meals so everyone can participate comfortably. If you test positive for COVID-19 within ten days of being on campus, please report that to the university using the General COVID-19 Case Reporting Form.
If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19, you must stay home. We appreciate you making the responsible decision and will offer you a full refund. Also, if visitors are positive for COVID-19 within ten days of being on campus, they should report using the General COVID-19 Case Reporting Form.
Rooms will be available at the Schwab Residential Center on campus on a first-come, first-served basis when reunion registration opens in July.
