Stanford LEAD, an online executive education program, provides you with the tools and techniques to become a better leader and to drive progress. Bringing together a global cohort of leaders, LEAD creates a vibrant community of change agents prepared to transform organizations, industries, and the world.

The one-year, eight-course LEAD enables you to specialize in one of two areas: Corporate Innovation or Personal Leadership. Each specialization gives you the skills, confidence, and support to drive change — personally and professionally.
