The Stanford GSB Library building is closed. However, remote access to e-resources, virtual research consultations, and limited access to physical material are available. See Research Restart – Current Status of Library Services. Refer to the university’s research recovery plan for additional information.
Printing, Scanning, Copying
Consider emailing or downloading your work instead of printing it. For Stanford GSB faculty, staff, students, and alumni, there is no charge for printing. For visitors, the charge for printing is 10¢ per page. Credit and debit cards are accepted; cash, checks, and gift cards are not.
There are two scanners available free of charge at the library. One is located at the i-Desk and the other by the printer on the lower level. You can convert book pages or documents (with pages up to 11x17”) to PDF, searchable PDF, Word, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and audio file formats. Scanned files can be sent to your Google Drive, Dropbox, email, Smartphone, or USB drive.
A self-service photocopy machine is available on the lower level of the library. The copier accepts coins and bills, and gives change. Copies are 10¢ per page.
Additional photocopying services are available in the Stanford GSB Copy Center, room N006 in the basement of the North Building. The Copy Center’s standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm.
