Research Statement
Broadly, I am interested in how craft markets emerge and the implications on social inequality. My focus is on the craft chocolate movement to understand the dynamics of valuation from production to consumption. I plan to study these topics using experimental design and comparative work, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs in developing economics.
