Stanford Seed works closely with the De Beers Group to offer the STP to business leaders of companies in Botswana, Namibia and South Africa. Business leaders from companies in other Southern African countries are welcome to apply.

The location of the program varies by country; immersion weeks will take place in either East or West Africa.

Location

Immersion Sessions: The four on-site Immersion Weeks will be held at the Stanford Seed Center in Accra, Ghana, or Nairobi, Kenya, and other West and East African cities.

In Between Sessions: Leadership Lab meetings will be held in various locations to be determined at a later date.

Facilitated in-company workshops will be held at your company headquarters.

Program Fee

US $6,000

The cost of the program has been significantly subsidized by philanthropic contributions.

Fee includes value-added tax. Lunch, snacks, some dinners provided during the program. Lodging and transportation not included.

Financial Aid

This program is significantly subsidized by donors, however, a limited number of scholarships are offered based on need.

Additional scholarships to offset program fees, travel expenses and childcare are available specifically for women CEOs/founders based in Africa. Information will be made available to admitted applicants upon request.
