Curriculum

The best way to make a good decision is to follow a disciplined process that helps identify the choice that is most likely to lead to a good outcome. In this course we will explore some of the most important elements of that disciplined process.

Bad decisions are often the result of thinking too narrowly about the decision problem and missing better solutions. Bad decisions also frequently occur when assumptions are not critically evaluated and significant risks and opportunities are not taken into account.

To be a good decision maker one must be both creative and critical. This course will give you tools, frameworks and a disciplined process that can enhance both the creativity and criticism you bring to your decision problems.
