TEAMS program participants engaging in a discussion outside the classroom

Learn to lead teams confidently in the age of AI. Leverage decades of behavior research as a foundation, while exploring how to integrate AI.

Technology is changing at an extraordinary speed and fundamentally disrupting how teams function. While organizations increasingly integrate and use AI within their workflows, humans remain at the core of a high-performing team: who is on it, who holds power, how decisions get made, and whether members stay engaged as roles shift. Leading Human Teams in the Age of AI applies decades of behavioral research to these friction points and explores how you can leverage AI to amplify and further enable your teams.

In this program, you will test ideas in live simulations and leave with a scalable framework to build and lead your teams through high-stakes change. Learn directly from Stanford GSB faculty whose research has shaped how organizations understand team dynamics, power, and influence. Threaded throughout, you will also hear from faculty and industry experts about how AI is disrupting teams and workflows and how to empower humans with this evolving technology.
