Maserame Mouyeme is a dynamic business leader with a diverse career spanning various industries and roles. As a Stanford Seed coach, she is passionate about using her extensive experience to inspire others and contribute to transforming lives across Africa. Her vision is to help cultivate a new generation of leaders who prioritize sustainability and meaningful impact in business.

Maserame built her career at leading consumer goods companies such as Unilever, Kellogg, Coca-Cola, and Old Mutual, a financial services company operating across Africa. Throughout her work across sub-Saharan Africa, she gained invaluable experience in diverse markets and consumer segments, leading innovative initiatives in marketing, franchise management, and sustainability.

Currently, Maserame serves as a non-executive director, business advisor, and coach in southern Africa. Born and raised in South Africa, she holds a bachelor of social sciences degree and a postgraduate diploma from the University of Cape Town, as well as an MBA from the University of West London. A lifelong learner, she has completed Harvard Business School’s executive leadership program and earned certifications in ESG leadership and sustainability strategies from Cambridge University. She also trained as a neurocoach at the Strategic Leadership Institute of South Africa.

Maserame balances her professional life with being a wife and mother of two, continuing to inspire those around her both at home and in her professional endeavors.
