Kristin Baker Spohn

Bio
Kristin Baker Spohn is a general partner at CRV and has spent her career building and investing in startups at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
Kristin has led investments across all sectors and stages including Viz.ai, Wheel, Waitwhile, Little Otter, Marley Medical, Cable, Archy, Givers and Power Life Sciences. Prior to CRV, she was a partner at Social Capital and began her investing career while at Stanford GSB, driving deals for the Life Science Angel Network.
As an operator, Kristin led the go-to-market as chief commercial officer for Collective Health, scaling from seed through Series D and previously led business development and finance functions at Castlight Health from seed through the IPO in 2014. She began her career as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs.
Kristin received her BA from Middlebury College in 2005 and MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2010. She lives in the east bay with her family.
