Kristin Hansen lectures in the Leadership for Society and Communications programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She teaches the year-round course Essentials of Strategic Communication with fellow lecturer Matt Abrahams. In fall 2021, she joins Senior Associate Dean of Education Brian Lowery as co-instructor of a new course entitled Big Arguments, Courageous Leadership. Kristin has also previously served as a communication coach and LOWkeynotes coach for MBA and MSx students.

Kristin currently serves as executive director of Civic Health Project, a Palo Alto-based nonpartisan, nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce extreme polarization and foster healthier civil discourse in U.S. citizenry, politics, and media. Kristin also serves on the advisory boards of AllSides, Business for America, and the Listen First Project.
