One week after beginning the Stanford Seed Transformation Program, a 12-month initiative in which high-potential leaders are challenged to assess their companies’ vision and redefine their strategies, we hear the reflections of participants, staff and faculty. Two STP participants share their thoughts on the impact they expect to see, while Executive Director, Jesper Sørensen and Regional Director, Patriciai Ithau, transmit their impressions of the region and hopes for the future.
