CEO Hopes for Big Impact

Dinesh Tembhekar, managing director of Lean Energy Solutions, shares his hopes as he prepares to join the inaugural cohort of the Seed Transformation Program in East Africa.

Dinesh Tembhekar is managing director of Lean Energy Solutions, an energy company based in Kenya and Tanzania. The company helps customers increase efficiency by transitioning their businesses to adopt green energy solutions.

Dinesh joins the inaugural cohort of Stanford Seed’s Transformation Program in East Africa. Stanford Seed selected Dinesh based on his leadership capability and the strength of LES’ business concept. Here Dinesh shares his hopes for the impact the training will have on his company.
