Laurie Fuller, Seed Coach
Laurie Fuller is an accomplished leader who devises business strategy and implements operational models to accelerate growth. She is skilled in hiring, training, and managing diverse teams to achieve high performance. She is a collaborative team player with experience in corporate development, finance (tax, treasury), legal, IP, engineering, operations, and product management. In a recent role at NetApp, she was responsible for the development and implementation of operational models, which resulted in global revenue growth from $1B to $6B over a multiyear period. Fuller’s international work experience includes positions based in North America, Europe, and Asia; she brings a global perspective and builds strong partnerships that transform business. She has a keen interest in mentoring future leaders and has been an invited speaker at the Wharton School of Business; Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley; Fudan University; and at Stanford University. Fuller provides executive advice to social entrepreneurs through the Global Social Benefit Institute, and her coaching includes intensive review and refinement of business plans, investor materials, operations, governance, and financials. Fuller earned a master’s degree from Stanford University, an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University.
